Canadian agency Rethink fund a scholarship for future designers, and use the following video to promote it. Which gives advice on the creative process which is really inspiring.
The Canadian one is excellent. The sad part about the DCU one is that both could have been done with the same camera, the same Mac and the same copy of iMovie, and probably in about the same time. Why we get stuck producing 'same-old, same-old' in so many areas confounds me.
