Irish Political websites not hosted in Ireland

Following from a thread on boards.ie , I was amazed to find that not even half of the Irish political websites were hosted in Ireland.
labour.ie UK
finegael.ie NI
progressivedemocrats.ie NI
sinnfein.ie US
fiannafail.ie Irish
socialistparty.net Irish
greenparty.ie Irish
The poor design and layout of these sites is also in question, with IQContent leading the critique as well as Damien Mulleys excellent blog heavily featuring the upcoming election and IrishElection.com analysing the online offerings of election candidates.
