IKEA cre­ated a pro­file for their Store Man­ager, uploaded 12 show­room pic­tures and invited peo­ple to tag the pics and they’d win the show­room. This works because the brand engage­ment ben­e­fits both the cus­tomers and IKEA. Love this idea, so sim­ple — yet brilliant
